AVAILABILITY OF GOODS
If an item is unavailable after purchase Sea level Surf shall contact you via email or phone. If a item is out of stock from our suppliers we will contact you to discuss options such as alternatives or back ordering the item for you. If this is not suitable your transaction will be reversed and monies credited to you via PAYPAL, money order, EFT or cheque.
Please be advised that every care is taken to ensure that the products pictured are exactly the same as ordered. However in some circumstances the manufacturer may alter, change or improve the product or alters the colour [e.g. Board colours] prior to shipping. Please note: all clothing such as t-shirts, hoodies, hats, and boards come in assorted colours, and not necessarily the colour shown and the pictures unless specified specifically merely depict the logo or style. Please contact us by email for any specific requirements or questions.

Board and water sports are inherently dangerous activities and could cause serious injury or death. Use of products on this website [www.sealevelsurf.com.au] require skill and the exercise of caution' children using these products should be properly supervised by adults. Due to the nature of these products, the seller, distributor or manufacturer assume no responsibility of damage or injury which may be caused by the use of these products whether caused by accident, negligence or otherwise. Through the purchase of use of these products, the purchaser and/or user understands and agrees to assume all responsibility of any damage or injury caused by any use of these products.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
The majority of items have manufacturer warranty if you have a genuine claim contact us by email and we will take action to contact the manufacturer to seek a resolution. The manufacturer may reserve the right to repair or replace items covered under warranty.
NO bodyboard from any manufacturer is covered for creasing, bubbling, popped stringers or misuse. Please check the manufacturers conditions supplied and contained in the packaging supplied with your bodyboard.
In some circumstances the buyer for warranty cases is responsible for any payment of shipping costs to return the product to the manufacturer.
INSTALLATION OF PLUGS
We are able to install plugs in your new board purchase at no additional cost [except cost of plug] it's easy just buy a plug and tell us where you would like it in the comments box at checkout.
Please remember we will install the plug on your behalf as per your instructions. However if you change your mind on plug positioning the board cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded. All boards sent with plugs installed cannot be exchanged,returned or refunded unless the manufacturer warranty is honoured due to defective materials.
Please choose carefully when selecting a board and requesting a plug be installed.
