Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund where they don't fit, are defective or damaged.. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Sea level Surf will glady accept returns if the criteria below are met:
The item must be reurned in exactly the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, with all tags, completely unused.
The goods must be returned and in the possesion of ibodyboard.com.au prior to any approved refund or partial refund being made.
We do not refund,credit or exchange if you change your mind or where the recepient doesn't like the purchase. We also do not refund if goods are delayed in transit and are delivered in full to your nominated address by the carrier.
Bodyboards must be returned in original wrapping and packaging unopened. [no plugs or wax]
Clothing that was purchased and you have worn it or washed it, we cannot accept a return. Shrinkage or colour fading due to washing or wearing is not a valid reason for returning clothing.
Once any item has been used, worn, washed, ridden or altered it is deemed a no longer new and a used product and can not be returned unless a manufacturering fault is evident.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We offer free shipping on most orders over $100 AUD with some exclusions of large or heavy items.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Please provide us a street address and contact phone number for prompt delivery by Courier. Please consider your delivery address carefully as the courier drivers do not call prior to delivery and we are unable to contact indivdual drivers to determine delivery times.
All goods are shipped from our warehouse to your door so you save time and money. Delivery times depend on a parcel’s place of origin and its destination.Generally you will receive the parcel in one to five business days however delays may occur. We will attempt to advise you of any delays we are aware of promptly however these delays are beyond our control. Such delays are not grounds for a refund whilst goods are in transit.
Your shipping cost is automatically calculated through Australia Post or our courier service. The costs is determined by destination and size and weight and is shown at checkout.Your delivery will generally be delivered between 7.30am and 5.30pm weekdays so please consider this when nominating delivery address. A card will be left by the delivery service if no one is home and the receiver must then arrange redelivery by courier or collection from the post office. The courier may leave the item without signature if instructed and safe to do so.
Please Note: Sea Level Surf will use all reasonable efforts to have your order delivered to the nominated address you supplied at check out. We do not accept liability, whether for direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage, arising due to you [the customer] providing an incorrect address it is your responsibility to provide a correct delivery address, and Sea Level Surf takes no responsibility for delivery to incorrect addresses specified on an order by you.
International Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order the shipping charge is displayed on most items and based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
We gladly accept international orders to most countries. All orders for outside of Australia are payable by in $AUD PAYPAL only and a street address and contact number must be provided.
For your safety all our international orders payments by credit card are checked & validated by our payment vendors Fraud Department prior to shipping the items. The payments must clear this process before the goods will be shipped. You IP address is also tracked and attached to the credit card transaction.
Sea Level Surf is not responsible for any taxes, charges, duties imposed by any authority in the destination country or any country through which the parcel passes. Loss of goods where no insurance is prepaid.
Unfortunately we do not ship surfboards, soft surfboards, nipper boards or SUP's to any international destinations. We suggest you purchase these in your home country
